Standard delivery: £3.95 or free shipping over £50.  We will aim to despatch your items within 4 working days and will send 1st class with Royal Mail.

Express delivery: We will aim to despatch your items within 2-3 working days and will post your items next day delivery with Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number and a named day delivery.

International delivery: We aim to despatch your items within 4 working days but delays mean that international delivery can take up to two weeks.

If you need an item by a certain time please get in touch and we will do our best to send items to you within your time frame.

Returning your items.

 

 

If you are by any chance unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product in its original state. Once I have received the item I will exchange your item or refund you in full. Unfortunately we are unable to refund return postage costs unless the item is faulty. Please note if we do not receive the item back we cannot issue your refund. All sale items and custom orders are final. 

 

Once I have refunded you I will notify you. If you paid through Paypal it will be deposited into your Paypal account. If you pay by credit or debit card it will be deposited back into your bank account.
